Mr. Ahmad Seraji is an industry expert with over 25 years of professional experience, he is well-positioned to ensure the success of his business. His extensive knowledge of operations, industry standards, international guidelines, and technical knowledge place him in a unique position to develop and operate his construction company. Through his continual guidance, the Seraji Construction has also developed a personalised, client-oriented approach, and works to provide renovation services that are in line with the latest industry trends.

The construction of a building involves many people: Architects; Designers; Engineers; Contractors; Sub-Contractors all working together to meet the needs of the Client. How It Works

1 Initial consultation with clients

2 Inspirational images and design vision

At this point, the Company’s team will ask the client to provide inspirational images that reflect their design style and vision for the space, so the design team can commence concept and design development.

3 Concept and design development

The Company will begin to prepare concepts through drawings and establish a preliminary scope of work with an approximate budget.

4 Presentation meeting

Upon completion of concept and design development, the client will meet with the Company’s team at its presentation centre. Together, the client and the Company’s team will review the entire scope of work and finishes.

5 Construction drawings

Upon approval of the concepts, finishes, scope of work and budget, the Company’s design team will complete the working drawings as required.

6 Construction

The Construction Manager will arrange an introduction meeting between the client and the construction crew that has been assigned to work in the client’s home. Throughout the construction phase, the client can expect for the site to be cleaned daily, with the Company’s Project Manager performing site inspections on a regular basis and ongoing customer meetings being held with the designer to keep clients informed and up-to-date.
